GBC Facilitates Dubai Chambers’ Pre-Mission Visit to Georgia
In preparation for a strategic business mission scheduled for later this autumn, a delegation from Dubai Chambers, in close collaboration with the Georgian Business Council in UAE, concluded a productive pre-mission visit to Tbilisi on April 7–8, 2025. This initiative is designed to strengthen economic cooperation and lay the groundwork for sustainable business partnerships between the UAE and Georgia.
The visit was conducted under the framework of the New Horizons initiative — a key strategic program by Dubai Chambers aimed at supporting Dubai-based companies in exploring emerging markets worldwide. During the two-day visit, the delegation engaged in a series of high-level meetings with prominent Georgian government ministries and institutions.
Facilitated by the UAE Ambassador to Georgia, His Excellency Ahmed Ebrahim Al Nuaimi, and with strong support from the Georgian Business Council’s President Temur Mikeladze, Vice President Boris Lezhava, PhD, and Secretary General Nino Chantladze, the discussions aimed at uncovering new channels for trade and investment and promoting sustainable, long-lasting partnerships between the UAE and Georgia’s business communities.
This pre-mission visit marks a significant step toward expanding bilateral trade relations and enhancing economic ties, reinforcing the commitment of both nations to mutual growth and prosperity.
