Exploring Motivation Beyond Metrics: A Joint GBC & Caucasus Training Center Session

The Georgian Business Council in the UAE (GBC), in cooperation with the Caucasus Training Center (UAE), is pleased to support an unconventional and thought-provoking session designed for HR leaders and people strategists.
The session is led by Andro Dgebuadze, Georgian business consultant, public speaker, trainer, and philosopher, widely recognized for his work in personal development, management, and reflective thinking.
Addressing questions that many organizations face — why capable people lose initiative and why others remain motivated even without external supervision — the session approaches motivation not as a traditional management tool, but as a deeper psychological and existential process.
By connecting the ideas of Jung, Maslow, Milgram, and Joseph Campbell, the discussion moves beyond performance metrics and KPIs, highlighting the inner drivers that shape sustainable engagement and exceptional performance.
This initiative reflects GBC’s ongoing commitment to supporting professional development, leadership growth, and meaningful dialogue around human capital and organizational culture.
